The development of digital technology presents opportunities to secure new growth engines. Integrating insurance with digital technology can achieve business automation by applying AI technology and the development of customized products and services through Big Data analysis. Recently, amid globally strengthened measures for consumer protection, it has become more important to build trust through consumer protection-centered management for sustainable growth. In addition to creating economic value, companies are required to fulfill their social responsibilities by actively addressing social problems as a member of society.
